OnePlus 6T leaked device renders Ishan Agarwal

The OnePlus 6T launch event is being held in NY on Monday, October 29 (today) and starts at 11 a.m. ET/10 a.m. CT/8 a.m. PT. It could launch in two memory configurations: 6GB RAM + 128GB internal storage and 8GB RAM + 128GB internal storage.

The new OnePlus 6T will have highest screen-to-body ratio compared to any other previous OnePlus series phones.

The in-display fingerprint scanner on the OnePlus 6T is being called Screen Unlock by the OnePlus 6T.

In terms of camera, the OnePlus 6T will feature a dual rear camera setup with a 16MP primary sensor with f/1.7 aperture and a 20MP secondary sensor with f/1.7 aperture.

According to the leaked specifications sheet, OnePlus 6T carries a number of key improvements over the OnePlus 6.

Much awaited One Plus 6T will be launched in India on October 30 at 8.30 pm while the online sale of the latest smartphone will go on sale on retail behemoth Amazon from November 1, 2019.

The OnePlus 6T has also been confirmed to come pre-installed with Android 9 Pie.

OnePlus has chose to do away with the 3.5mm audio jack in the OnePlus 6T, and only have a USB Type-C port. To discover it fully, it will still wait for the 29th October and its presentation in NY. The event will also be watched at the official OnePlus 6T launch page, https://www.oneplus.in/6t/launch. The listing on the Geekbench website shows OnePlus A6013 is considered to be the OnePlus 6T. The Chinese smartphone maker is touting this feature as the USP of OnePlus 6T, along with improved camera functionality and bigger battery. Unlike OnePlus 6, the upcoming flagship model will not be offered with 64GB storage.

Saying that OnePlus 6T is the most powerful smartphone to launch in 2018 is a serious statement because it means that it surpasses the likes of iPhone XS Max and Galaxy Note 9. And, they are expected to cost Rs 37,999, Rs 40,999 and Rs 44,999, respectively.
